Will tickets be available at the gate?
If the event is not sold out one day tickets will be available at the gate each day. Sales at the gate are cash only, so please bring cash.
There will be ATMs on site at the main entrance.

Will VIP tickets be available at the gate?
No. All VIP purchases must be made online in advance.

What are beverage options?
We will have beer, wine, water and sodas available for purchase at the event. Brands and options will be posted soon.

Ride Sharing Drop Off & Pick Up
We will have a dedicated drop off and pick up zone for all ride sharing companies such as RIDE AUSTIN and FASTEN.

What Are Alternative Ways For Me To Get To Lone Star Jam Other Than Driving
There are many ways to get to Lone Star Jam. We strongly encourage the use of ride share and will have a designated ride share pick up and drop off location on site. Suggested ride share services are Ride Austin and Fasten. For public transit, please visit the Capital Metro Trip Planner We also encourage the use of bicycles and will have bicycle parking available on site.

Do I Have To Pay To Park
Parking On The Lone Star Jam Festival Grounds and surrounding parking lots is $10.00 per day. Cash Only.

Are There Other Lots That I Can Park In / Will I Get Towed
Parking in other areas is at your own risk. Please beware that properties adjacent to the Lone Star Jam Festival Grounds have notified us they will be towing cars from their lots that weekend, as they do not wish to participate in the festival in any way.

Can I Purchase Parking In Advance
No. Event parking will be cash only on the days of the event. We have secured enough parking to accommodate all patrons.

What kinds of merchandise will be offered at Lone Star Jam?
We will have Lone Star Jam event t-shirts and koozies available for sale at The Lone Star Jam Merchandise Tent. There will be vendors selling items such as cowboy hats, boots, jewelry etc. Performing bands will have their merchandise as well.

Will there be shade at the event?
We will have shaded areas provided for customers to cool off in.

Will there be lockers available?
There willbe lockers available for rental. Some of them will have charging staitons in them. More info coming soon.

What time does Lone Star Jam start and finish each day?
Gates open on Saturday and Sunday at 12 noon, with music starting shortly after. The event ends at 11pm on Saturday night and 10:30pm on Sunday night

What To Bring
We highly suggest bringing your ID and cash.
There will be ATMs on site by the front entrance.
Beverages will be cash only.
Select food and merchandise vendors will be accepting credit cards.
Sunscreen, blankets, and cameras.

What NOT To Bring
The following items are prohibited from Lone Star Jam:
Backpacks, Food Or Beverage Of Any Type, Guns, knives, other weapons, Fireworks, Wallet Chains, Video Cameras, Professional recording gear, Lap top computers, Umbrellas, Drugs and other paraphernalia, Skateboards or scooters, Tents, Pets, Vending materials, Flyers - no unauthorized vending will be tolerated

There is no re-entry to the festival grounds.
